You automatically accept liability for the following:

Payment in GBP

£5 per message sent  using the emailyou.co.uk name
£100 per complaint handled by emailyou.co.uk
+ Any legal fees that may occur

Minimum Payment of £2000 will occur

If you are a registered user then your account will automatically be deleted. 

We don’t care if you used so called opt-in lists, how many people do you know want junk mail in there box, then think ok how many of these people really have opted in to get these mails

Basically if you want to use this domains name for your advertising YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR IT!!!

We will also report your company to all local/country authorities.

Why do we have this attitude to Bulk/Spam mailing

Quite simple really, the biggest complaint about emails currently is the amount of Spam/Junk mail people receive in there inboxes, we don't want to help with this problem. The second reason is most of these companies which do bulk/spamming don't realize that we are handling 100's of emails with regards to the bulk/spaming they sent out, thus the business is making money, while we are wasting time and money dealing with the complaints.
